If they do need to be washed, leave to dry before using.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Heat cream in saucepan and when simmering, put in garlic leaves. \u00a0Stir until the leaves have wilted and the cream is boiling, then turn off the heat, place a lid on the pan and leave to steep for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Soak the gelatine in cold water to soften.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Select 6-8 ramekins or moulds, and place on a stable tray and lightly grease.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Tip the contents of the sauce pan into the food processor and leave to run for several minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Pour the garlic mixture through a sieve and back into the saucepan, some garlic bits can be left, but remove the majority, pushing the liquid through with a spatula or wooden spoon.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Add pre soaked gelatine to the warm mixture and heat gently until dissolved.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">Leave to cool slightly. \u00a0Whisk in cr\u00e8me fraiche or yoghurt, and pour into moulds. \u00a0Set in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Remove from moulds onto serving plate. \u00a0Excellent accompaniment to fish or seafood or serve as a starter with tomato salsa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheese Tuilles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Use a good quality mature cheddar or parmesan, and finely grate the cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Cover a baking sheet with baking parchment.
