Fill the case with baking beans and place in the hot oven. \u00a0Cook for 20 minutes, until golden, remove the baking beans and check that the base has cooked. \u00a0If the base is still opaque, return to the oven without beans or paper for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p>Turn the oven down to 160 degrees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p>With an electric whisk, beat the butter and sugar to a smooth paste, and gradually add \u00a0the eggs. \u00a0Add the ground almonds and mix again.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p>Spread half the mixture over the base of the pastry, then sprinkle on the blackberries in an even layer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p>Spoon the other half of the mixture over the blackberries, gently spreading to cover.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p>Scatter the top with a few almonds. \u00a0Bake for 45 \u2013 50 minutes at 160 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with lashings of
