recipe-method--no-links\">\n<div class=\"recipe-method-wrapper\">\n<h2 class=\"recipe-method__heading\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li>Heat the oven up to gas 4 \/ 180oC \/ 160oC fan<\/li>\n<li>Grease and line a loaf tin<\/li>\n<li>Sieve the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and ground ginger into a mixing bowl<\/li>\n<li>Rub in the butter and caster sugar until it has a sand-like consistency<\/li>\n<li>Add in the mashed bananas, beaten egg, hazelnuts, and mix well<\/li>\n<li>If the mixture is too thick, add a small dash of milk to loosen<\/li>\n<li>Bake for around 1 hour &#8211; to check if it&#8217;s ready, insert a thin skewer into the centre of the cake, it should be clean when it&#8217;s removed<\/li>\n<li>Cool on a cake
