custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.27.4&#8243;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"recipe-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"recipe-ingredients-wrapper\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-method recipe-method--no-links\">\n<div class=\"recipe-method-wrapper\">\n<h2 class=\"recipe-method__heading\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Using a whisk, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly whisk in the caster sugar, one teaspoon at a time, until all the sugar is incorporated and the egg whites have a glossy sheen to them.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, whisk the cream to the soft peak stage.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Be careful not to over whisk it or it will be hard to mix in to the egg whites.<\/li>\n<li>Strip the flowers off the Lavender stalks, and chop them as finely as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Once the cream has been whipped, add it to the egg whites, along with the honey, egg yolks and chopped Lavender.<\/li>\n<li>Stir gently, but thoroughly until everything is incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in to a suitable container and freeze for at least 3 hours.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>When you are ready to serve, pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes to soften slightly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243;
